SharePoint Solutions’ four-day “InfoPath
2010/SharePoint Server 2010 No-Code Workflow Deep Dive” course will be held Aug. 7-10 in the Washington, DC area. The
course provides students with an
in-depth exploration of the automating of common business processes by creating
digital forms in InfoPath 2010, and building SharePoint Server 2010 workflow
solutions in SharePoint Designer 2010.
“InfoPath 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010
No-Code Workflow Deep Dive” is an intermediate-level course that takes SharePoint 2010 users
through the basics of forms creation using InfoPath 2010 and workflow
design in SharePoint Designer 2010. Then, beyond the basics, the course takes
students further – leveraging the powerful advanced workflow features only
available in the Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition of SharePoint Server
2010.
“My confidence level in working with SharePoint and InfoPath
has jumped 110 %,” said Leslea Logan-Anderson, a senior information technology
specialist who recently took the InfoPath course in Nashville.
“I would highly recommend this class to anyone who has to
work with a program like InfoPath because there’s so much more to it than you
think, than you know, than you’ve heard about,” she added.
“This powerful, sophisticated automation, which once
required highly-trained programmers to attain, can now be accomplished by
non-technical office workers through the use of InfoPath forms creation and SharePoint
Designer’s menu-driven Workflow Designer – without ever having to write
programming code,” said Ricky Spears, senior instructor and director of training
for SharePoint Solutions. “These complex workflows then run in the SharePoint
2010 environment.
